"MENSA" Chessboard

Its name, inspired by a South African mountain over Le Cap, shaped like a table (Mensa Mons). From this point, Nicolas Louis De La Caille, made statments of a constellation that he baptized "Mensa".

On the Chessboard, yellow lines symbolize the union of four main stars to form this constellation.
At the four angles, wooden feet enclose slices of Agate, a stellar mineral.
